About the Workshops:

Each month is a unique topic designed to help you explore your current way of thinking, identify some things that might be holding you back and help you set a plan to move forward more peacefully and positively. Once you select your workshop, you’ll receive:

  • A Personal Workbook filled with education, exploration and immersive mindfulness exercises to do at your own pace over the course of a month.

  • A Virtual Small-Group Discussion to share what you've learned, explore new ways being mindful and how to package it all up into clear actionable next steps.
