About November’s Workshop: The Gratitude Makeover

Instead of getting caught up in the crazy of the holidays, SLOW DOWN and take stock of all you have. Studies show that the practice of gratitude not only lifts your spirits and calms your mind, but it can also help improve physical health and sleep, increase empathy and enhance self-esteem.  Create an attitude of gratitude with workshop topics including:

  • Define why, exactly, you want more gratitude in your life.

  • View of gratitude from all angles

  • Expand your gratitude

  • Weave gratitude into your very fabric
