About October’s Workshop: Put Fear in the Rear-View Mirror

When it comes down to it, fear is simply a projection of what “might” happen; just a false story, born out of self-protection, that’s serving up a plate full of anxiety and preventing you from taking action. It’s time to put your fears in the rear-view mirror. Workshop topics include:

  • Identifying your fears

  • Debunking your fears

  • Finding the clues for you fear-based cues

  • Celebrating your courage
