Slow down with daily gratitude.
As we enter this month of Thanksgiving, your already packed calendar begins to overflow, deadlines loom at work and the fast pace in which you live, goes into overdrive. The true meaning of the holiday - being grateful for all that we have and all that we are - becomes easily overshadowed with overwhelm of all there is to do.
So before all the crazy ramps up, I invite you to begin this month with a practice of gratitude - spending a moment or two each day reflecting on all that you’re grateful for.
Gratitude not only makes you feel good, an attitude of gratitude makes you more enjoyable to be around – your vibe is delightful and contagious. Believe it or not, it also motivates you to get up and active benefiting your physical health and wellbeing. And who doesn’t want more of that positive vibe!
